The house is a short 3 block stroll to a large beach access at the end of the street. The street is located in a quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood with large, moss draped oak trees. There is a local recreation center 2 blocks away with a playground, tennis courts, and a basketball court! FAMILY PETS ARE WELCOME and there is a large fenced back yard! Dogs are allowed on the beach with a leash. This ranch style beach house has just been renovated with NEW appliances, light fixtures and furnishings! The Master bedroom has a pillow top queen bed, cable TV, and full bath. The Second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has twin beds, there is a full hall bath. The Yellow Island House old fashioned and charming with hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and a screened porch. There are books, and games available for your enjoyment! There is a deck, a gas grill, beach chairs & boogie boards--Everything you need for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation near the beach!
