| This unit has been udated and is better than ever!
This unit is on the 1st floor, only five steps up from the ocean, pool, and parking. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, the Master bedroom with king bed opens up to an ocean front balcony and a perfect view of the beach, even from bed. The other two bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed and single bed.
The living room area features a couch, love seat, and other seating, along with TV, VCR, DVD player, and stereo system. The eating area has a table with 6 chairs, as well as bar area with 4 stools. There is direct ocean view from the living room, as well as access on to the oceanfront balcony.
We installed new ceramic tile in the hall, kitchen, eating area, and living room, as well as bathrooms in May 2007, with other painting and countertop ungrades as well to the kitchen. We have a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room, just off the entrance way in the laundry closet, as well as a storage site for beach gear in the screened front entryway. It is a real great property, with the most ammenities in the complex.
In the kitchen, you will find both a full-sized refrigerator and stove for your comfort and ease of use. This kitchen is equipped with all the typical home cooking necessities, enabling you to do all you want to do, or have someone else cook for you!
Our home has an open feel, lots of light, great colors, and is 1250 sq. ft. With a direct oceanview, there are windows which open in ALL rooms, as this is a 1st floor end unit. The pool is located on the entry side, right outside our door, with lots of chairs and chaises for sun-bathing.
Our excellent location offers lots of oceanfront space for sunning, swimming & playing, the most in the area. In addition, beach chairs, beach games, floats, boogie boards, umbrellas, as well as inside games, cards, and such are provided by the owner on site for your convenience and enjoyment.
In addition to all that is already listed, we are really great for families, or other groups of friends, for we have 4 TVs, 4 VCR/DVD players, and a collection of over 350+ feature movies, for adults, youth, and kids. Start with Walt Disney classics to the latest movies and great oldies. From Gone With the Wind, to The Big Chill, to Crash, Tin Cup, Ghostbusters, X-Men, and other greats. You will have plenty to do on those rainy days, or times to relax when it is too hot to be on the beach, or if you just want to stay in and chill out!
The oceanfront balcony also has chairs and tables for you to use to eat breakfast with a view of the sunrise, enjoy a mid-day snack, or relax with a cool drink in the evening.
We are within easy walking distance to Shag Events and Main Street in Ocean Drive, with shopping, restaurants, bars, seafood, and more. Our care and pride in our condo shows, and you will want to come back once you stay. We have many repeat renters, so contact us ASAP. We want to be your home away from home in North Myrtle Beach.
We are located about 4 miles north of Barefoot Landing, 15 minutes south of Calabash, NC and the greatest seafood around, in the middle of a great residential section, eight blocks from downtown NMB, and only 2 blocks from 6th Avenue over to Hwy 17. This surely is one of the best locations in the area, with more depth, breadth, and quality of beach available to you than in nearby areas where the beachfront is overwhelmed by high-rise units. |

| Our condominium is one of those very close to the well-known world Shag Dancing Headquarters, Ocean Drive, SC. This area features frequent SOS, held at the famous Fat Harold's, Spanish Galleon, and Ducks. On a few miles away, you will find The House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede, numerous mini-golf courses for kids, a nearby arcade and pavilion within walking distance. Only a short drive to NASCAR Cafe, Broadway at the Beach, Water Parks, and so many other attractions you cannot name them all. For golfers, there are over 100 courses in a 45 minute drive, at least a dozen within 10 minutes of the condo. |
