Our graciously appointed condo in Waterway Village sits inside a gated community and overlooks the third tee of the course at River Oaks Plantation (27 holes). Enjoy postcard views from your private, secluded balcony. The Intracoastal waterway runs through the property and there is a lighted pier from which you can enjoy watching the boats as they travel the water or cast a line in and fish for awhile. This picturesque setting also offers an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, a grilling/picnic area, gazebos, walkways, a private lake and more!
This community provides quick and easy access to the area's most famous attractions. These include Medieval Times, Legends in Concert, the Dixie Stampede, the Carolina Opry, and the Alabama Theater. In addition, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach are just a few minutes up the road. River Oaks Plantation is located a convenient 5-10 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Jetport and is also easily accessible by car from all areas. It is a short drive off of Interstate 95. Centrally located near all major roadways including 31, 22, 17 and 501.
