| This Penthouse is located on the 4th floor of the village house and is 3,700 sq. ft. of luxurious space on the beautiful sea island of Hilton Head, and offers Visitors and Residents alike a beautiful oasis featuring miles of pristine Atlantic Ocean beaches, World Class golf and tennis recreation, and a renewal of spirit as one finds himself surrounded, and enriched by, the peaceful beauty of nature.
This 3 bedroom, 4 bath penthouse on the 4th floor is in Port Royal Tennis Village. A special key in the elevator allows you access to the penthouse, insuring your peace and privacy.
It is professionally decorated and is approximately 3,700 sq. ft., not counting 3 large balconies. There are two roll-away beds and a small sofa bed in the living room, ideal for smaller children.
There are 2 master suites, one on each end of the unit, each with a king bed, balcony and private bath. One master has two baths, one with a Jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom has twin beds and a private bath. There are three large walk-in closets
There is a gracious Dining room and dinette. Linens and bedding are provided and the unit is fully furnished, including books and games. A storage closet directly outside of the unit is left open to allow guests the use of beach chairs, floats and a small bicycle. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets of any kind are allowed. And there is plenty of entertainment available
