Balcony is private overlooking neighboring Barony golf course 6th tee box. It is carpeted and has a ceiling fan and table & chairs.
Pool & tennis is just 30 yards away. The beach is just 300 yards away. There are 2 pools, a hot tub, 10 tennis courts and 2 racquet ball courts on the premisis. Beautifully landscaped and cared for. Playgrounds, grills, & bike rack at your doorstep.
