| When you stay in this beautiful OCEANFRONT condo on the eighth floor, you will enjoy modern conveniences. It was remodeled three years ago and has a full kitchen, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with built-in icemaker, and microwave oven. The kitchen was just remodeled this year with new kitchen cupboards and above the stove microwave. There are four color television sets, with cable to each, and a VCR/DVD player. The floor in the entryway and kitchen is newly laid tile. There is carpeting in the livingroom and bedrooms.
The condo is decorated in light, airy colors. From the large balcony, you get a great view of the beach and ocean. Enjoy swimming in the two pools-indoor and outdoor-and the hot tub inside, or lounge on one of the two spacious decks.
It is located in WATERPOINTE I and is across the street from Barefoot Landings and two miles from Briar Cliffe Mall and the new Super Wal-Mart There are also many restaurants very closeby-Outback Steakhouse, K&W Restaurant, and Ryan's just to name a few There will be something you like, no matter what your preferences.
