| This lovely ocean front condo is located at The Spa on Port Royal Sound, a quiet and private complex located right on the Atlantic Ocean.
This third floor, one bedroom end unit is one of 12 condos in this entire complex designated "ocean front." It directly looks out on the Atlantic Ocean and is approximately 75 feet from the water at high tide. It has been recently remodeled from floor to ceiling, wall to wall. EVERYTHING, and we mean "everything" in this unit is brand new! From carpet and paint, appliances (including washer and dryer), dishes, fixtures and furniture; every item in this condo has been completely re-done! "Honor system" applies to our wine rack and cigar humidor (please no cigar smoking in unit!).
The Spa at Port Royal Sound has three pools (two outdoor and one indoor) with jacuzzi and sauna. Tropical grounds and eight recently renovated tennis courts.
Enjoy "private" walks on the beach. Please note that the beach @ Port Royal has just been re designed and is in beautiful condition...perfect for walking, swimming and dolphin watching!
Our association recently renovated the dock and grilling deck areas for your outdoor pleasure. Fishing and "crabing" right can be done right from the beach!
Just two minutes from Hilton Head Island airport.
