| A perfect beach home, on Ocean Blvd, for your large gathering of family or friends. Located in a quiet part of the island, with beach access directly across the street, you’ll love the awesome ocean views from the multiple decks. A short walk to shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from the Mt Pleasant Town Center - an outdoor mall with a variety of national chains, locally owned stores, restaurants, and a multi-screen movie theater. You can also be in historic Charleston in only 15 minutes.
This home was upgraded in 2005 with brand new kitchen (appliances, cabinets, stone counters), all new carpet, refinished hardwood floors, completely repainted and all new furniture. New pictures of the final results coming soon!
The first level has a master bedroom with king bed and private bath, and a second bedroom with two queen-size beds. There is full bath in hall and a utility room with washer/dryer.
The second floor of the house features a kitchen, dining room, and large TV room with fireplace.
On the third floor, you will find three bedrooms. A second master has a king-size bed, private full bathroom and a deck with incredible ocean views. Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. These two bedrooms share another full bathroom.
The top floor is a single-room bedroom, also with ocean views. This is a great place for the younger generation to retreat from the adults - it sleeps seven in beds, has a TV/VCR, and is tucked away from the rest of the house - the kids will have a blast all week long!
This six-bedroom house sleeps up to 19 in beds. There re 7 TVs with attached VCR/DVD combo units. And after a great day at the beach, you will enjoy relaxing in our beautiful, private, swimming pool.
