| 169 Colonnade Club. 2 bedroom villa on lagoon and golf. Five minute walk to beach. Main Floor, approximately 1300 sq. feet. Sleeps 4-6 with a King, two twin beds and a pull-out sofa. Fully equipped with linens, home furnishings and kitchen necessities. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Beautiful pool and hot tub within Colonnade Club and just around the corner. Bike path just outside your front door. Balcony off the family room overlooks the Galleon golf course and lagoon. World class tennis is nearby at the Van Der Meer Tennis Resort. Often you will see alligators and blue heron at the lagoon. The pool and hot tub complex are around the corner for our Colonnade Club guests. Bike to Coligny Circle for restaurants, shopping and coffee bars.

| The villa is located on the main level overlooking the golf course and lagoon. Personally managed and maintained with new furniture and beautiful artwork. The villa has a laundry room and microwave and three TVs and DVD player. The ceramic tile in the dining room, bathrooms, and kitchen are brand new. Storage for bikes on premises. |

| Charleston, South Carolina and Beaufort, South Carolina are wonderful day or 1/2 day trips. If South is your preference, Savannah, Georgia is just 45 minutes away. There are so many tennis and golf options available that are too numerous to count. |
