The breathtaking sunrise can be viewed from your balcony or maybe you'll prefer an early morning walk on the wide beautiful beach. Sip Margiritas on the deck as you enjoy the wonderful climate and ocean ambiance.
In additon to the beach the area has an abundace of attractions. Amusement parks, water parks, shopping, night clubs, restaraunts and more restaurants. On the beach try wave runners or maybe wind surfing. (see other attractions below for more)

| Waterpointe I, has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hottub and shaded kiddie pool. The indoor pool is a feature especially attractive to those snow birds who may want to rent during the winter months. A well maintained wide beach, large deck, BBQ grills, a large air conditioned enclosed common area with drink and snack machines. A game area is avialable for the children or maybe the kid in you. All appliances are available in this large comfortable condo even an iron and ironing board are provided. Cleaning and linens are included in the rental fee for those renting during the peak summer vacation period. All others will be charged a mandatory $75 dollar cleaning and linnen fee. The master bedroom has a queen side bed. eash of the other two bedrooms contain 2 twins. There is a queen size sleeper sofa to allow additonal sleeping space. The condo includes a wetbar, fireplace and a jacuzzi style tub in the master batroom. Be sure to consider the fall season. The crowds are smaller, the weathers still wonderful, most attractions are still open and the rental fees are cheaper. For those who want to get away from that cold northern winter weather be sure to consider a monthly winter rental for only $900 per month. |
