Beach Palms is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental home with a private pool on Isle of Palms inside the Wild Dunes Resort (just off Hole 4 of the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course). This beautifully decorated home is a short walk to the beach or marina. Just minutes away to Wild Dunes Resort Golf and Restaurants. Only minutes to shopping or historic downtown Charleston. When USA TODAY compiled a list of the cleanest beaches in America. Isle of Palms was included as one of the cleanest in the United States and the only beach in South Carolina to make the list. In Season weeks will run from Sunday to Sunday only.

 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy: A. Guest cancalletions must be in writing. If you cancel your reservation, the confirmation deposit will be held until the property has been booked and confirmed for the same rental period for the same rate. There are no exceptions. If the property is reserved for only part of the rental period or for less rent for the reserved days, the deposit will be refunded minus any uncollected rent for the rental period. All guest cancellations are subject to a cancellation-processing fee of 10% of the rental rate ($100 Minimum).  B. A home that is unacceptable to the guest is considered a cancellation. C. Island Realty may cancel a Reservation, if, in its sole opinion, it is in the best interest of the Owner. D. Island Realty is not responsible for the weather or other Acts of God and there will be no refunds. E. Our Travel Insurance protects you from losses you may incur because of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, injuries, and mandatory hurricane evacuations. (If you choose to voluntarily evacuate, you will not receive a refund for the days remaining in your stay). Travel Insurance must be purchased at the time you make your reservation. We recommend that you purchase this insurance. Please refer specific questions to 1-866-221-8080 (Reference # 007728).
 Other Fees:
Taxes and fees are not included in quoted rates. 11.5% State sales tax, State and local accommodations taxes and fees plus a 8% reservation fee will be added to all quoted rates.
