Our 1 bedroom (with queen bed), 1 bath condo is kid-friendly with bunks built into the hall. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. We now have a dining table that seats 6.
We provide books, videos (mostly ones for kids), games, and even an ice cream churn for your use. We have a TV with DVD/VCR and a Stereo with CD & Cassette. There's a second TV in the bedroom.
Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort is a family-oriented, beachfront resort featuring 10 lighted tennis courts (guests play for free), the largest oceanfront pool on the island (as well as a second pool), a pool side bar & grill (with restrooms), a large playground (with a basketball goal), on-site bike & rollerblade rental, a convenience store and restraurant.
Our condo faces the marsh with an ocean view so it's quieter than ones that look over the main parking lot. The resort has a lagoon for fishing, and kids activities are available from Memorial Day through Labor day.
Our condo is convenient to the many bike & jogging paths as well. The resort is located near mile marker 6 so it's easy to access all other island locations.
