The villa has been renovated with new furniture, carpet, paint, and window coverings. The first floor and upstairs Master Suite with a Charleston style king bed offer a spectacular view of a large lagoon and the 18th fairway and green of the Turtle Point golf course by Jack Nicklaus.
The elegant Country French style master bath features a tub and a large shower with porcelain tile. Relax in the living room on a comfortable sofa and loveseat or lounge chair and ottoman, and view a 25" color TV with expanded cable plus a movie DVD and VCR player. Unlimited use high speed cable direct internet access is available in the villa at no charge. Sliding glass doors open to deck overlooking a hugh lagoon and golf course. Enjoy the dining room with family and friends on a hand-made antique heart of pine table which seats 8 and play cards and games on the recreation table in the adjacent great room. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have private baths and a queen and 2 twin beds respectively. As our guests you have access to the Kiawah Island Resort's 4 golf courses, tennis complexes, nature programs, dining facilities,fitness center,and more, but you save hundreds of dollars per week by renting direct from the owner versus through a rental agency! Weekly summer rentals include up to 4 free passes to Splash Zone, Charleston's best water park. Splash Zone is located in James Island park, just 30 minutes from Kiawah, and includes
